License Agreement

AI disclosure: Outputs generated or materially assisted by CodSpoke may include AI-generated content. Where law, platform rules, or the nature of the work requires disclosure, you must clearly indicate that the relevant content was generated or materially assisted by AI.

1. Licence grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, CodSpoke grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the CodSpoke service for lawful personal, business, or commercial purposes.

2. Output rights

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may use AI-assisted outputs generated for you by CodSpoke, including code, text, configuration, and deployment instructions, for personal, internal, and commercial purposes.

This licence does not transfer ownership of CodSpoke’s underlying platform, models, prompts, workflows, infrastructure, documentation, trademarks, or proprietary systems.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

claim CodSpoke’s platform, brand, or proprietary workflows as your own;
resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to CodSpoke itself;
use outputs to infringe third-party rights;
use outputs in unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or regulated contexts without appropriate review and compliance;
remove required AI disclosures where applicable.

4. AI disclosure

Where law, platform rules, or the nature of the work requires disclosure, you must clearly indicate that relevant content was generated or materially assisted by AI. CodSpoke may include notices, comments, metadata, or documentation indicating AI assistance.

5. Open-source and third-party components

Generated projects may include open-source libraries, third-party code, templates, fonts, images, or services. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with applicable third-party licences, notices, attribution requirements, and usage restrictions.

6. No warranty

CodSpoke outputs are provided without warranty. You are responsible for testing, code review, security review, legal review, and deployment decisions.

7. Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, bug reports, or improvement ideas, CodSpoke may use them without obligation or compensation, unless prohibited by applicable law.
