1. Agreement to terms
By accessing or using CodSpoke, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use CodSpoke.
2. Service description
CodSpoke is an AI-assisted software creation service. It helps users describe, generate, revise, deploy, and maintain websites, bots, applications, scripts, automation, documentation, and related technical work. CodSpoke may generate code, configuration, explanations, deployment instructions, and other technical content.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use CodSpoke. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information and notify us promptly of unauthorised access. You must accept the current versions of the legal documents before creating an account.
5. User content
You retain ownership of the content you provide to CodSpoke. You grant CodSpoke a limited licence to host, process, transmit, display, reproduce, modify, and use your content as reasonably necessary to provide the service, including AI-assisted generation, support, backups, security, and legal compliance.
You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe third-party rights, violate law, or contain malware, secrets, or harmful instructions.
6. AI-generated output
CodSpoke outputs may be AI-generated or AI-assisted. AI systems can make mistakes. You must review, test, and validate all outputs before using them in production, legal, financial, medical, safety-critical, or regulated contexts. CodSpoke does not guarantee that generated code, documentation, or advice is complete, accurate, secure, or fit for a particular purpose.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use CodSpoke to:

8. Payments and subscriptions
Some plans may require payment. Fees, renewal terms, trial terms, refunds, and cancellation terms will be displayed before purchase or in your account area. We may suspend or limit service for non-payment or abuse.
9. Availability and changes
We strive to keep CodSpoke available, but the service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, outages, security events, or third-party issues. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, abuse the service, fail to pay, create security risks, or are required to do so by law. You may stop using CodSpoke at any time.
11. Disclaimers
CodSpoke is provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodSpoke and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to CodSpoke in the three months before the claim, or 100 USD if you have not paid.
